A 90 acre farm, now mostly grass as the many cattle they used to have are now reduced to 3 pet cows! They do have several horses on site, which can be considered for use in shoots.

The Farmhouse is 1980’s built and has recently been refurbished to a good standard, with a living room, dining room and a good sized kitchen with 3+ bedrooms. There is  hardstanding for approx. 40 cars (or tech parking) and as the property is 4.3 miles from Leavesden, or 2.1 miles from Langleybury might be very convenient for overspill parking on big SA days.

There are various stables, barns and outbuildings, together with a manege and 5 tenanted houses. Separate toilets on site.
