INCOME FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

We list the properties in our film location library and act as a film location agency. We proactively promote properties to the Film, TV and Events industry for short term use on behalf of owners, landlords and tenants. Production companies will usually occupy office space for several months whilst a film or TV drama is being made. Actual filming activity can range from one or two days to a long “hold” where a production will return to film on many days over several months.

We deal with the pricing,  carrying out of recces, licensing, schedules of condition and invoicing to make it as easy and hassle free for our property partners to derive income from their empty buildings; we can also work with partially occupied properties. We invoice the film production companies before they take occupation and usually monthly thereafter then invoice the property owner less our commission.
