This 700 acre estate that was once a dairy farm back in 1931 Tewinbury is located in rural Hertfordshire, but very accessible from the A1(M) which is only 2.5 miles away.

The property offers a huge variety of locations for filming, photo shoots and events. The main hotel has a range of accommodation from traditional rooms as well as shepherds huts, lakeside cabins. In addition there is a self contained hi-end luxury house which can be hired that has its own cinema, beautiful lawn and outside areas enabling a fully controllable residential location with a gravel driveway and beautiful kitchen. The main hotel building offers a well kept mature formal garden area.

There is a separate Cookery School and the commercial kitchen facilities are perfect for cookery film shoots.

This location offers a choice of restaurants and bars to suit different styles and looks and also a stunning traditional timber barn which is used for weddings and parties. Externally there is a riverside walk along the Mimram River, an outside decked seating area by the river and another seating area next to a large well maintained lawn.

The location can accommodate a unit base with plenty of parking in two hard standing areas plus an overflow car park in an adjacent grassed area. Access for trucks is possible from either side of the estate.
