Our Queen Anne School Film Location is huge country house set in almost 100 acres of rolling Hertfordshire countryside, with later additions. This site, originally built as a private residence, was later turned into a school. However, unlike many similar institutional buildings, it retains a great many of its original features in excellent condition.

In addition to wood panelled rooms, corridors, staircases, a basement, and formal rooms, the house contains a small ballroom, a large commercial kitchen and dining area, many bedroom suites and options for set dressing.

The additional land contains blocks of former classrooms, and an enormous column free gymnasium that could make an excellent set build location. The site also has tennis courts, cottages, a barn, and many options for parking.

The site is entirely vacant and could be used as a house, a hospital, a school, military base, asylum or institution, and has options for police stations too.

Within easy reach of London and the M1, this site is available now and would suit as a production multi use base or for location shooting and set build.
