Andrew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and experienced commercial property agent.

Film fan and petrol head, he’s also a part time film and TV extra, immersing himself in large-scale productions including ‘Darkest Hour’, ‘The Crown’, ‘Jack Ryan’, and ‘No Time To Die’. Taking his interest in property and passion for film, he now combines the two by sourcing commercial and residential property with a view to getting it seen on camera.

Andrew’s mission at Area4 is to secure our incredible property locations and corporate partnerships, and he works closely with the film team to secure creative tenancies in traditionally corporate spaces.

Sam Parkinson

Head of Business Development

If it’s passion for the creative studio environment then Sam’s your man, from sourcing production office space and prop stores to unit bases and costume workshops.

With a background in studio management Sam’s worked on countless productions and understands the related processes, taking projects from early development to completion. His impressive network of clients and contacts means he’s up on best practice and has great insight and production intelligence.

Sam works closely with Producers, Location Managers and Property Owners on high-level negotiations to secure short, medium and long-term production space.He knows what works and what doesn’t when it comes to creative property environments and has experience of working with productions such as “Mission Impossible”, “Gangs of London” and “Killing Eve”.

Joshua Richmond-Hedger

Head of Filming

Josh has experience of putting together complex shoots for commercials, television dramas and feature films at a vast array of locations and has worked extensively with productions such as ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Mission Impossible’, ‘Fast & Furious’, ‘Gangs of London’, ‘Killing Eve’ and Alex Rider’ on their location requirements.

A unique blend of expertise with endless enthusiasm, his love for filmmaking and property knowledge mean he’s perfect for liaising with Production Companies, Location Managers, Property Owners and Corporate Partners, as well as managing film operations across the Area4 portfolio

Josh graduated at the University of Leeds with a BA in Television Production.

Helen Tarrant

Head of Events

Helen is our ultimate adaptive guru with a wealth of corporate events under her belt.

She loves finding the weird and wonderful and can deliver pre-production, venue management, budget control, experiential logistics and project management.

Approachable and dedicated, with the experience to do whatever is required to make your event a success, she’s on top of trends – event hot topics, venue rates, supply and demand for style of venue and location.

With a passion for new locations, she knows what new event locations to look out for.

Previous clients have included London Fashion Week, Burberry, Hermes, Nike, Converse, RIBA, Argos, The Mail on Sunday, Babcock and Tefal.

Kathryn Doyle

Administrative Gaffer

Kathryn is the one that holds it all together as she oversees the administrative side of the business and brings together her knowledge of the property world, passion for TV and organisational skills.

Kathryn has a background in the property industry with nearly 20 years’ experience working for agents, landlords and developers on small and large scale projects with involvement in areas including: property management, design, sales and marketing, lease negotiation and office management.

Kathryn has a degree in English from the University of Kent and has also been an extra in a film.
