A Grade II* listed house in a terrace of late Victorian houses by Joseph Gorfdon Davis in the ‘subdued Italiante’ style, finished in about 1870.

There are 3 bedrooms, a large drawing room, a dining room and even a modest housemaid’s room.

The original owners added stained glass windows and Morris & Co wallpaper and it retains all of the original furniture and features.

Scenes for both TV dramas and Features have been shot here.

Tech parking is by arrangement with the local authority.

While some items of furniture can be moved, Productions will need to manage Set access for larger crews.
