American Bungalow Film Location with large grassy lawn out front, is on an award winning estate in Berkshire. On a wide open street which easily passes for parts of the USA.

30 miles West of London down the M4 or M3. Great facilities on site, lots of parking, film-friendly neighbours.

The ranch style house is open plan with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus a brand new “Patio Potty”, an outside loo for Crew use, and a large patio to the rear, which includes a rather special undercover bar area, plus a deck outside the main bedroom patio doors at the back of the house. In addition, there is a Garden Studio which can be utilised as a Crew Room/Green Room/ Makeup/Wardrobe or Production Office. The house is available for both Exterior and Interior shoots. There are 2 driveways, the one to the left of the house can take at least 3 cars and the other one 2 cars.

It was where 60’s dystopian movie Fahrenheit 451, starring Julie Christie, was filmed and the lead character, Montag, lived in a bungalow like this one on another street, so it has pretty cool provenance.

An easy drive from London – 10 mins off the M4 and 15 mins off the M3.
